Before you upgrade
Does Pro change what you take from my payouts?
No. Lease facilitation stays at 2.5% and day access stays at 8% whether you are on Pro or not. Pro is a subscription for visibility and analytics — it does not touch your rates in either direction.
Does featured placement mean you rank whoever pays most?
No. Featured placement lifts Pro properties within results that already match what the hunter is looking for — region, species, dates, access model. It does not put your Texas ranch in front of somebody searching Colorado elk, because that would waste their time and yours and make the results worthless for everyone.
Is my location any less private on Pro?
Not by a single degree. The expanded property page adds galleries, habitat detail, and stand-level description — never coordinates, boundaries, gate codes, or access directions. Precise location is still released only to a hunter you have specifically approved. That rule does not have a paid tier.
I only have one tract and one club on it. Worth it?
Almost certainly not. If a club already holds your ground on a lease you are happy with, you have no listing to promote and nothing for the analytics to measure. Pro earns its money when you are actively marketing day access, filling openings, or deciding what to charge next season.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, any time, and your listing stays live on the free tier. You keep your property, your terms, your calendar, and your payouts — you lose the featured placement and the analytics.
