Partner programs

Some bring land. Some bring hunters. Some bring trust.

Every program below has defined terms and a named person on our side — not a contact form that goes nowhere. Pick the one that matches what you'd bring.

Referral relationships

The three groups who already talk to our landowner.

These are not advertising channels. They are people whose existing job is to advise the exact person we need to reach, and who currently have nothing to point at.

Land & timber brokers

Colorado ranch brokers already market landowner voucher eligibility as a selling point, and Southeastern land and timber brokerages already know which tracts lease and for how much. They talk to exactly our landowner, and they have no competing product.

What we offer

  • Recreational income made provable on a listing, not asserted
  • Lease history, harvest records, and habitat work that transfer with the ground
  • Referral terms for landowners who come through you

Consulting foresters & biologists

The firms publishing lease-pricing guidance advise thousands of landowners on what their ground is worth. They are the most credible referral source in the Southeast and cost nothing but relationship.

What we offer

  • Free manager seats on any client's club or landowner account
  • Exportable harvest, effort, and habitat records across your whole client list
  • Your recommendations backed by a record rather than a recollection

Press & outdoor media

State outdoor publications, podcasts, and the outdoor trade press have covered leases, access, and land economics far longer than we have existed. If you are writing about any of it, we will give you real numbers and a straight answer on what has and has not shipped.

What we offer

  • Straight answers about what has and has not shipped
  • No embargoed launch theater and no exclusivity games
  • Data and context for stories about access, leases, and land economics

Partner questions

Asked before signing

What do partners actually get paid?

It depends on the program, and we agree it with you directly. Ambassadors and brokers earn referral on the ground and clubs they bring in. Collectives earn on their organizer subscription and member referrals. Foresters and biologists get free seats on every client account instead of commission — your clients should never have to wonder whether your advice was bought.

How many brand partners will there be?

Few. A verified audience is worth something precisely because it has not been sold to everyone, and the fastest way to make this audience worthless is to put six optics brands in front of it in the same season. Categories will be limited and we will say no more often than yes.

Can I be a partner before launch?

Yes, and the pre-launch conversations are the ones that matter most — particularly with brokers, foresters, and lease programs in the Southeast, where next season is negotiated between January and April. Those relationships are slow, high-trust, and cannot be started in the week we need them.

Slow, high-trust, worth starting early

Tell us what you'd bring.

Ground, hunters, credibility, or an audience. The pre-launch conversations are the ones that end up mattering most.
