Clubs pay a monthly plan. Hunters pay a one-time verification, a 15% fee added to the days they book, and 5% on club dues unless their club covers it. Landowners pay nothing.

Percentage fees
Each one applies to money actually moving through the platform. Nothing is charged for having an account, listing ground, or holding a profile.

Inclusive of card processing — there is no separate processing line. A $1,000 due collects $1,000 to the club; the member sees $1,050 at checkout.

Charged once on an annual or seasonal lease that HunterPass helps place, bill, and settle. Renewals of an existing lease are charged at the same rate.

Per-day or per-weekend access booked through the platform. Higher than lease facilitation because a day booking carries the vetting, waiver, and support load of a full transaction on a fraction of the value. Card processing is included.

Pricing questions
Yes, and it is the number people check hardest, so it is worth being unambiguous. The 5% on dues is inclusive of card processing — there is no separate 2.9% plus 30 cents underneath it. A club treasurer who discovers a processing charge after signing has been misled, and that is the fastest way to lose a club.
The member, at checkout, as a visible line rather than a deduction. A $1,000 due collects $1,000 to the club and the member sees $1,050. Clubs can choose to absorb it instead, but passing it through is the default because it keeps the club's own budget arithmetic intact.
Because a day booking carries the full vetting, waiver, payment, and support load of a complete transaction on a fraction of the value. A seasonal lease is one negotiation, one agreement, and one relationship that lasts a year; forty day bookings are forty of each. The rates reflect the work, not the leverage.
Nothing. No subscription and no listing fee, ever. The 15% on day access is added to the hunter's price, and the 5% on a lease is added for the club, so neither comes out of your payout.
No. Everyone pays the published prices from launch day. There are no founding rates and no waitlist discounts, so joining early changes when you hear from us, not what you pay.
There is no free club tier, because a club running one season on an unsupported free plan is a bad outcome for the club, the landowner, and us. Landowners and wildlife managers pay nothing. Hunters pay the one-time $49 verification, a 15% fee added to the days they book, and 5% on club dues unless their club covers it.
Tiers are by roster size — 25, then 150, then above. If you are at 24 members and growing, start at Camp and move up when you cross; the change is prorated and takes effect from the next billing date. Nobody gets charged for members they do not have.
