Clubs

Priced by roster size, not by seat.

A club does not get more valuable to us because it added a member in October, so it does not get more expensive either. Three tiers, and you know which one you are in.

  • Member roster, applications, and approvals

Percentage fees

Five rates. That is the whole sheet.

Each one applies to money actually moving through the platform. Nothing is charged for having an account, listing ground, or holding a profile.

5%

Membership dues

Inclusive of card processing — there is no separate processing line. A $1,000 due collects $1,000 to the club; the member sees $1,050 at checkout.

Passed through to the member at checkout

2.5%

Lease facilitation

Charged once on an annual or seasonal lease that HunterPass helps place, bill, and settle. Renewals of an existing lease are charged at the same rate.

Deducted from the landowner payout

8%

Day access

Per-day or per-weekend access booked through the platform. Higher than lease facilitation because a day booking carries the vetting, waiver, and support load of a full transaction on a fraction of the value.

Deducted from the landowner payout

10%

Guided hunts

Booked packages run by a registered outfitter. The outfitter sets each guide's split; HunterPass settles all legs from the same booking.

Deducted from the outfitter payout

$49

Hunter verification

One-time identity, license, hunter-education, and background verification. Valid across every club and property on the network — you are not re-verified per booking.

What a real club actually pays.

An eighty-member Georgia club on a 1,200-acre lease. Numbers rounded, arithmetic honest.

Founding rates

Founding rates are locked through the close of the 2027 season for anyone who joins before access opens in their region. What you sign up at is what you pay.

Pricing questions

The ones that decide it

Is card processing really included in the 5%?

Yes, and it is the number people check hardest, so it is worth being unambiguous. The 5% on dues is inclusive of card processing — there is no separate 2.9% plus 30 cents underneath it. A club treasurer who discovers a processing charge after signing has been misled, and that is the fastest way to lose a club.

Who actually pays the 5% on dues?

The member, at checkout, as a visible line rather than a deduction. A $1,000 due collects $1,000 to the club and the member sees $1,050. Clubs can choose to absorb it instead, but passing it through is the default because it keeps the club's own budget arithmetic intact.

Why is day access 8% when a lease is only 2.5%?

Because a day booking carries the full vetting, waiver, payment, and support load of a complete transaction on a fraction of the value. A seasonal lease is one negotiation, one agreement, and one relationship that lasts a year; forty day bookings are forty of each. The rates reflect the work, not the leverage.

What does a landowner pay?

No subscription and no listing fee, ever. Just 2.5% on a lease we help place and settle, or 8% on day access booked through the platform — both deducted from the payout rather than invoiced. If you never transact through us, you never pay us anything.

Are these founding rates going to change?

Founding rates are locked through the close of the 2027 season for anyone who joins before access opens in their region. What you sign up at is what you pay. Rates for people who join later may differ; yours will not change out from under you.

Is there a free tier?

There is no free club tier, because a club running one season on an unsupported free plan is a bad outcome for the club, the landowner, and us. There is, however, no charge at all for landowners, guides, wildlife managers, and hunters beyond the one-time $49 verification — four of the six people on this platform pay no recurring fee.

What if my club is between tiers?

Tiers are by roster size — 25, then 150, then above. If you are at 24 members and growing, start at Camp and move up when you cross; the change is prorated and takes effect from the next billing date. Nobody gets charged for members they do not have.
