HunterPass

The operating platform

Everything before,during, and afterthe hunt.

Eight capabilities, published with their real ship dates. Five of them are built to run a club’s season from our 1 November 2026 target launch. The other three land through 2027, and this page says which is which.

What ships when

Five at launch. Three through 2027.

So you can plan your season around what actually exists. Every capability below carries its real date — nothing here is implied, and nothing arrives late as a surprise.

Property Access & Privacy

Your gate is not on a map. Nothing else on this list is worth anything until that's true.

Live at launch

Public surfaces show an approximate region and nothing more. There is no zoom level that resolves to a gate, no coordinates in a listing, and no access directions anywhere a crawler can reach.

Exact location, parking, gate codes, and boundaries are released to a specific approved hunter for specific dates — released to them, not published. Access to that precise data is recorded, so a landowner asking who was given their gate code has an answer.

Memberships & Vetting

Identity, license, and hunter education — checked before, not after.

Live at launch

Identity, background, license, and hunter education, checked once at the platform and honoured across every club and property on the network. A hunter is not re-verified per booking, and a club does not have to take anyone's word for their certifications.

Clubs layer their own vetting on top: applications, references, sponsor requirements, and whatever their bylaws actually say. So a landowner gets two checks on every hunter, not one — ours, and the club's own judgment.

Hunt & Stand Calendars

Booked at the stand, not the property — so nobody drives out to find someone already sitting it.

Live at launch

Booking happens at the stand, not the property. Every stand carries its capacity, its access route, and the winds it actually hunts, so a booking that would blow a stand out is flagged before somebody burns it for a week.

Pressure rules are enforced rather than remembered: per-stand caps, rest rotations, and area limits. In a state with a seventeen-week season, this is the difference between ground that still produces in January and ground that stopped in November.

Waivers & Agreements

Gated, versioned, and attached to the hunt they belong to.

Gated behind insurance and the legal pack

Access does not open until the waiver and the property's access agreement are signed. There is no override, because a waiver that can be skipped in a hurry is not a waiver.

Every document is versioned. When terms change, the record shows which version each person signed and when — which is the only form of this that is worth anything if it is ever tested.

Dues, Deposits & Payouts

5% on dues, inclusive of processing, passed through at checkout.

Live at launch

Dues billed on the dates the club actually set, with installment schedules, automatic reminders, and non-payment rules that apply themselves. Deposits and balances for guided hunts work the same way on a longer clock.

Payouts run through Stripe Connect on a fixed cycle with fees already deducted, and 1099 reporting comes off the same ledger that paid you. The 5% on dues includes card processing — there is no separate processing line underneath it.

Guide & Outfitter Rosters

Registration and insurance status checked before assignment.

Deferred to Q1 2027

Facilitating a guided hunt brings outfitter-registration compliance into scope for the platform, not just the guide. Colorado requires registration, a $10,000 surety bond, current first aid, and proof of liability cover, all expiring on 31 March annually.

Arriving Q1 2027, alongside split payouts and guide profiles. Registration rules differ in every state and getting them wrong puts an outfitter's license at risk, so this one waits until it is right.

Harvest & Activity Records

Captured as a by-product of booking, not as a second chore.

Before the 2027 season

Because every hunt starts as a booking, effort is recorded whether or not anything was taken — which is what turns a pile of harvest records into a rate you can manage against. Harvest details are captured at check-out, while the animal is in front of the hunter.

High value to a wildlife manager, and genuinely not needed to run a club's first Colorado season. So it lands before the 2027 season rather than being claimed for 2026.

Habitat Stewardship

One percent of profits goes to habitat today. The software that logs your burns and plots comes after.

Roadmap — commitment stands regardless

Plots planted, burns conducted, timber stand improvement, and water work — dated and logged against the acres they happened on, alongside the harvest and sightings from those same acres.

We are being deliberate here. One percent of profits going to habitat is a commitment we hold today; building software for it is a roadmap item, and pretending otherwise would be the exact kind of claim this brand should not make.

The club-facing product

ClubOS is these capabilities, assembled for a club.

Applications, dues, rosters, stands, work days, broadcasts, lease documents, and harvest records — the five jobs a club officer is elected to do, in one place.

Platform questions

What people ask about the build

Why publish eight capabilities if only five ship at launch?

Because eight is what running a hunting operation actually takes, and if you are choosing a platform for your 2027 season you should see the whole shape of it before you commit. What you will not get from us is a launch claim that quietly covers three things that do not exist yet. Five are live when access opens; the other three carry their real dates on this page.

Is this a marketplace or software?

Software, with a marketplace attached to the parts that need one. The difference matters to you: a listings site gets paid whether or not the arrangement it introduced holds up. We only look good if your season actually runs — the dues collected, the waivers signed, the stands assigned, the payouts landed.

Do you replace the relationship between a club and its landowner?

No. That relationship — a club vouching for its members to a landowner who trusts them — is yours, and it is the reason the arrangement works at all. We handle what sits underneath it: dues collected on time, waivers signed before anyone is on the ground, the lease and its renewal date somewhere findable, and a record of what happened.

How is this different from AnglerPass?

Same platform lineage, different sport, and genuinely different problems. Fly fishing access is mostly day-rate rod fees on water a club manages. Hunting is dominated by seasonal leases, self-governing clubs with elected officers, stand assignment, weapon seasons, harvest reporting, and CWD rules that vary by unit. The payments, waivers, and communications rails port directly; almost everything above them is new.

Will there be an app?

The product lives at its own subdomain and is built mobile-first, because the moments that matter — booking a stand at 4am, signing a waiver at the gate, logging a harvest in a field with one bar of signal — all happen on a phone. A native app follows once there is a season of real usage telling us what it needs to do offline.
