Before you upgrade
Do I need Pro to book anything?
No. Booking is free — HunterPass never charges a hunter to book. What you pay goes to the club, landowner, or outfitter. The only thing every hunter pays us is the one-time $49 verification, and that is the same whether you are on Pro or not.
Does priority on club applications mean I get in?
No, and be skeptical of anyone who says otherwise. It means your application is surfaced first in the club's queue. The club still reviews it and still decides — they are vetting people for a landowner who trusts them, and no subscription overrides that. You are buying a place in the queue, not an outcome.
Why is early access worth anything?
Because in a region with three properties on it, openings go quickly. Seeing new ground and newly opened dates before the general list is the difference between hunting the second week of November and not. In a mature region with plenty of supply it matters much less — which is exactly why we would not sell it to you before your region opens.
Is it worth it if I hunt one property all season?
Probably not. If you are a member of one club on one lease, you already have your ground and Pro's early access has nothing to show you. It earns its money for hunters chasing several states, several species, or day access across multiple properties.
Monthly or annual?
Annual at $79 founding works out cheaper than $12 a month, and hunting is an annual activity — most people know in July whether they are hunting hard this season. Monthly exists for anyone who wants it for a single trip.
